Evernote is an application that you can use to keep track of all kinds of different information. You can use it to create text notes, voice notes or save pictures that are important to you. You can also clip articles from the web that you may want to refer to later. I’ve been using Evernote for over a year now, and it’s helped me keep information organized in my personal life, as well as in my professional life. Some of the ways I use Evernote in my personal life include:
- Saving articles to Evernote – if I find an article that has information I may need later, I’ll use Evernote’s web clipper to clip the article and save it to an Evernote notebook.
- Saving important emails – Another great feature that ever note has, is that you can forward emails to it. When you sign up for an Evernote account, you’re provided with an Evernote email address that you can forward important emails to – that way your inbox doesn’t get cluttered with emails you no longer need.
- Making voice notes on the go – If you come up with an idea you don’t want to forget, you can make a voice note and save it to an Evernote notebook.
Also, Evernote can be downloaded to all different types of mobile devices. I have Evernote downloaded to my computer, and I also have it downloaded to my phone and my Kindle. And if I’m near a computer and don’t have my phone or my Kindle with me, I can log into Evernote on the web.
